Tai Qi (Tai Chi)

Increase energy, release stress, relax and heal!

Learn this short WU style Tai Qi, an old gentle Chinese exercise to achieve a healthy outlook by gaining physical and mental balance. Some people consider Tai Qi a form of martial art while others consider it a kind of meditation. It is a great way to relieve stress and is good for heart health. Everyone can learn Tai Qi and it does not matter how young or old you are. There will be a warm up, exercise and ‘push hand’ periods. Please wear runners, loose clothing and bring a large towel.

Tai Chi classes will be scheduled with enough interest. Please contact us at 780-727-4077 or nancdins@gypsd.ca if Tai Chi sounds like something you’d like to try!
